I have over 20 years’ experience in the world of education and training from teaching to managing director.
I fully understand the stresses and strains of running a business and managing the performance, quality aspects, budgets, staff, contract compliance, quality improvement plans, self-assessment reports and preparation for Ofsted. All this, along with developing high performing teams can often be very challenging and you can become blinded by everyday management rather than focussing on the strategic vision and leadership.
In todays world of education and training there is a lot of staff sickness due to work related stress and managing the everyday challenges of an ever changing environment.
There are many ways in which I can support you and the development of your company, as a consultant, in order to relieve some of these pressures and offer support as a neutral body with an external view point. Consultancy can be a more cost effective way in which to support the development of your business and I am more than happy to provide a range of consultancy support providing you with a wealth of skills, knowledge and expertise.
